Most builders offer a 1-year warranty (11 Month Walk Through) that covers repairing or replacing items if they exceed the allowed tolerance stated within their warranty. With a 1- Year Warranty Inspection you’ll want to schedule us to come out around the 10^th month after your closing date to complete a full comprehensive inspection. This way if we find any defects you can ask the builder to address them before your warranty expires.
