BJ Poznecki
Hi I’m BJ Poznecki! I started my career in home building when I was just a kid working with my Uncle George in his remodeling company during summer break. From day one Uncle George taught me to take my time and do it right the first time. Not to rush through it, our work is done with precision, and always to the best of our ability. I worked with Uncle George for many years until he decided it was time to focus more on his golf game because Uncle Glenn (my other Uncle) was taking all his hard-earned money in skins. (15 years later it sounds like Uncle Glenn still takes his money LOL)
When George retired, I went on to work with a few friends that owned remodeling businesses further sharpening my skills in all areas of home building and remodeling. Which ultimately lead to a Project Management position for a real estate investment company, and a nationwide home builder.
After a large downsizing at the home builder I was working for, I decided it was time to take the leap of faith and open a home inspection and consulting business. How could I not, it was a perfect fit. Not only can I offer my clients all the knowledge of a licensed home inspector, I’ve done a lot of the work with my own two hands, I’ve walked thousands of houses for quality assurance, I bring years of building, remodeling, and repair knowledge to the table as well!
I love looking at houses and spending time with my customers. I go through each house as if my Mother was buying it (big thank you to my Mom Gloria for all the love and support), and I look forward to doing the same for you!
